How to ask for a refund
- Email support@familychartmaker.com within 14 days of your purchase.
- Write from the email address you used at checkout, or include your Stripe receipt, so we can find the purchase.
- That’s all. You don’t need to give a reason.
What happens next
- We refund the full $12 through Stripe, back to the card or other payment method you used. Refunds are made by hand, and once issued they usually take 5 to 10 business days to show up on your statement, depending on your bank.
- After the refund, your download link and re-downloads stop working, and the copy of your chart stored on our server is deleted within a few hours.
- The draft in your browser isn’t touched, so you can keep editing and buy again later if you want.
Maybe we can fix it first
You’re welcome to a refund either way. But if the problem is one of these, a fix may be quicker, and it’s free for 30 days after payment:
- A typo in a name or year: correct it in the builder and download again.
- Names too small: switch to a bigger paper size and download again. The app shows how big the names will print on each size.
- Wrong look: pick another look and download again.
If the file itself looks wrong, email us and tell us what you see.
After 14 days
Refunds are available for 14 days from purchase. If something is wrong with your file after that, email us anyway and we’ll do our best to help. Building charts and the preview are free, so you can always check a chart before you buy.
